It’s a clean, subtle flavor. Not mind-blowing, but the meat is supposed to be dipped in a soy sauce/rice vinegar/red pepper flake mash/mustard mix that you make yourself. The combination is quite addictive.
nothing wrong with chicken soup..is simple and always delicious! (Y)
